For primary schools, our fifth and sixth class programmes take three hours with a shorter hour, and a half programme offered to fourth class girls. It helps children to understand their intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical development.
Our secondary school programmes support young people as they navigate relationships, identity, and increasing independence. The programme can be delivered over one morning or over three weeks, broken down into three 90-minute sessions. Secondary schools' programmes are offered from second year upwards.
Nothing was rushed and as time went on, we got more comfortable with the facilitator, I think it would be more awkward with teachers that you have known for the year, I would prefer an outside facilitator, she had a lot of knowledge about everything.
